At Whitchester we can cater for your meeting or conference, be it a day conference or a residential, whether an Alpha Away-Day, Business Meetings, home group retreat or Leader's Conference.

Rooms: We have a number of rooms available to hold meetings, including the lounge, conservatory, chapel, and library. Other areas can be made available.

Day Conference

Half Day: Morning Coffee, Lunch, afternoon tea,

Groups of 6 - 10:   £16.00 per person
Groups of 11 - 24: £14.00 per person

Full Day: As above, plus Dinner,

Groups of 6 - 10:   £28.00 per person
Groups of 11 - 24: £26.00 per person

Residential Conference
Costs are for a 24 hour period, regardless of starting time, and based on shared rooms. Where group size allows, single room occupancy may be possible with a supplement of £4 per person per night.

Groups of 11 - 24: £45.00 per person
