Whitchester provides a relaxed and homely venue in which to hold your group meeting, whether it is an Alpha Away Day, Church Holiday weekend or Retreat.

Our tariff includes all meals and relevant meeting room/s, with sole occupancy of the premises by prior arrangement.  We also have experience in hosting silent retreats.

Rooms:  

We have a number of rooms available to hold meetings.  The lounge, conservatory, chapel and a small meeting room in our annexe, which can also be used as an art room.

                   Small TV & DVD Player,
                   CD and Tape Player,

                   Piano

N.B.     We do not have WiFi and only limited access to the internet is available.

Costs:

Day Conference

Half Day: Morning Coffee, Lunch, afternoon tea,

Groups of 6 - 10:   £16.00 per person
Groups of 11 - 24: £14.00 per person

Full Day: As above, plus Dinner,

Groups of 6 - 10:   £28.00 per person
Groups of 11 - 24: £26.00 per person

Residential Conference

Costs are inclusive of all meals for a 24 hour period, regardless of starting time, and based on shared rooms. 

             

                     Groups of 6 - 26:   £45.00 per person

Exclusive use:  for a group less than 12 persons but requiring sole occupancy of the premises then a supplement of £5 per person per night is payable.
